When will my order ship?

Our processing time is anywhere from 3 - 7 days depending on the number of orders ahead of yours.  All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise arranged. Priority mail is estimated to take 2-3 days by the post office, but this does get delayed on occasion, especially around the holidays and the time is only an estimate, it is not guaranteed.  

If you need your print by a certain date, please let us know and we may be able to ship out sooner and/or send another method such as UPS or USPS Express. 

How are photographs shipped?

Matted prints are wrapped and sealed in plastic and packaged for safe shipping.  Unmatted prints are rolled and shipped inside of a tube.  

What matting material do you use?

My work is matted in high quality Bainbridge or Crescent brand matting materials, made in the USA.

What if I need to return or exchange my print?

I do not accept returns as all of our photographs are printed & matted to order.  However, I do offer the option to exchange if your new photograph does not work for your space.  Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your print, and return within 30 days.  Forced returns are not accepted. You must contact me first before sending back for information on how to properly package and return to my studio. 

I made a mistake with my order, can I cancel?

Cancellations are not accepted after I begin printing & matting your order.  If you do need to inquire about cancelling or changing your order before it has shipped, please contact me directly by phone at (206) 329-4750
